Monthly Budget

When a project is long-term, hard-estimated or the requirements can vary during the implementation we suggest Monthly Budget business model. Unlike Fixed Budget model, where projects can be accurately estimated, typical Monthly Budget project requires more creative efforts, research and work within unstable requirements environment. In this the costing will be based on per man month.
