• Existing Scenario - This describes how the process is being executed currently.
• Proposed Scenario - This describes in short how the process will be executed with the proposed software.
• Functional Specifications - This describes in detail the front end, the backend calculations, the interfacing between the front and the backend and the database layout.
• Quantitative Specifications - This describes in detail all the limitations of the proposed system.
• Schedule - This describes the overall schedule of the development including integration and testing. It also marks out, clearly, the deliverables to be made along the way.
