ABHISHEK PAREEK (Founder & Director)

Abhishek founded Cyber Infrastructure (P) Limited, "CIS", along with two other seasoned IT industry professionals. He spearheads CIS's Financial development, Corporate Development initiatives and helps architect CIS's quality services per global standards. His responsibilities also encompass, providing strategic direction to the company, corporate planning, corporate policies & corporate finance.

His distinguished knowledge comes from an abundance of experience in developing large distributed systems. He has conceived, designed, and implemented several web products, has an extensive technology background, gained through years of experience.

Prior to founding Cyber Infrastructure, Abhishek has worked with many IT technologies companies, in various functions like Software Projects Delivery, Sales & Marketing and Pre-Sales. He brings to CIS, the rich experience of Software Development and Team Management.

Abhishek has a bachelor degree of Engineering (BE) from the University of RGPV in year 2002, and possess various certificates in programming languages, project management, project planning & control etc.

AMIT AGRAWAL (Founder & Director)

After working with leading Indian companies in the software services area, Amit founded Cyber Infrastructure (P) Limited, "CIS". He is responsible for providing technology direction at CIS and building technology capabilities. He champions CIS's Operations Quality & Process initiatives and oversees building infrastructure and solutions that are instrumental in driving major financial and operational benefits to CIS's clients. He is also instrumental in establishing key alliances and building well-informed teams on best-of-breed technologies, giving CIS's a competitive edge.

Amit currently manages multiple projects running at CIS, while maintaining budgets and deadlines. He steers the development lifecycle for our web initiatives, and mentors the research and implementation of innovative Web/ mobile & cloud Tools. He is also responsible for new technology assimilation and adoption in the company.

Prior to founding Cyber Infrastructure (P) Limited, "CIS", he has worked with various International companies. He has served in various geographies like USA, Europe and India and has rich knowledge of various technologies in Enterprise Applications and Networking arena.

Amit holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering (BE) from the University of RGPV in year 2002. And possess various certificates in programming languages, project management, quality control, innovation strategies etc.

KULDEEP KUNDAL (Founder & Director)

Kuldeep brings background of strong Marketing, Project Management, Internal Administration, Research & Development to CIS clients. He is responsible for the team's overall vision, business direction, corporate initiatives and goals. He is a proven hands-on leader with a successful track record in business leadership and ownership, both Offline in the development of domestic Project development and sales, and Online in creating compelling Web Solutions. The balance of 'brick and mortar' and eCommerce business experience has resulted in accomplishing goals successfully.

Over the years he has been handling business activities in Real-estate businesses and Software Based business and has been successful in all of them.

Kuldeep holds a bachelor degree in computer science and engineering from the university RGPV in year 2002. And possess various certificates in online and offline marketing including Google Advertising Professional, innovative advertising efforts, affiliates and vendor management etc.

KHIZER HAYAT (Business Development Head, USA)

Born & Brought up in United States, Khizer has strong capabilities of starting, running and leading flagship global businesses from scratch. With degree in commerce he started his career in age of 17, and since then has successfully run multiple businesses in USA and UK.

Over the years he has been handling business activities in E-commerce Computer RAM business, Real-estate businesses and Software Based business and has been successful in all of them.

Khizer possess various certificates in internet marketing including Google Advertising Professional, SEO strategies, Channel Partners Strategies, Mergers & Acquisitions etc.

With Cyber Infrastructure as Head of Business Development USA, he is strenthing CIS' USA and Global clientele and helping wide range of clients for their long term sucesses.

BJORN HARDARSON (Business Development Head, Iceland)

Born & Brought up in Iceland, working at Iceland and Sweden. With Cyber Infrastructure as Head of Business Development Iceland, Bjorn is developing & helping CIS' wide Clientele in European countries and helping them for their every day sucess.

Bjorn is an entrepreneur with long experience in stating up new and successful business. Has 12 years of experience as a clinical psychologist in private practice, therapy, coaching, training and workshop. Owners of a successful psychological self-help portal on the Internet. Owner of therapy center. He started Responsible Surfing parental control software, employee control software, school network.

Bjorn has been involved in number of successful startups and done consultancy for startups companies. He is always interested in psychology of entrepreneurship, Investor & Investment strategies, business networking, Global business and new opportunities.
