2003 - 2005 A Period of Growth & Development

Cyber Infrastructure was established with the aim to help customers succeed through our high IT skills, and to bring in new employment opportunities in India and aid in country’s social development.

  • 2003

    November 7, 2003, Cyber Infrastructure got its own official domain and its first internet presence. This day is celebrated annually as our anniversary, with celebration day named as “CIS Spark”.

  • 2004

    March 2004, we began customer care services for British companies.

  • 2005

    April 2005, CIS continues to grow at the rate of 300% per year. The company moved to 3,000 square feet of office space with 20 employees to accommodate the need for bigger space and better environment.

2006- 2009 Entering Into New Markets

Cyber Infrastructure continues to expand its array of services and technology portfolio to capture new markets and domains.

  • 2006

    In July 2006, CIS with a team size of 50+ people started its KPO services for a Florida based renowned real estate company.

  • 2008

    In June 2008, CIS entered into a joint venture agreement with Sky-rise Development group, Florida, USA. Our KPO experts helped Sky-rise Group Inc. design structure and 3D design of World Trade Center, Orlando. Later the team working on the project expanded to 25 people. 30 minutes 3D rendering walk through, CAD, Civil, HAVAC designs – all were done by a team of 25 experts at CIS.

  • 2009

    Even in the period of recession in 2009, we never fired any employees; instead hired more and more. This was a proof of our strong marketing strategies and happy client base. This also proved that our vision to explore SME domains was right.

2010- 2012 Expansion into the Overseas Market

Cyber Infrastructure undergoes major expansions in terms of infrastructure, team size, and global reach.

  • 2010

    CIS expanded again and this time the total office area became 10000+ square feet with fully managed office facilities. CIS started promoting itself in the Biggest IT Events of the world, like Gitex, Dubai and IndiaSoft. At this time, we are heavily investing in terms of marketing and promotion in overseas markets which would eventually result in more and more client addition. We started our mobile application development wing which would soon became one of our main strengths.

  • 2011

    Currently have 230+ team members. Opened new marketing office in Sweden.

  • 2012

    CIS now shifted to a 42,000 square feet independent facility with capacity for 900+ professionals in center of the city, Indore, equipped with all the modern facilities to support our clients with Best in Class services, as always! Also opened new office in San Francisco.

2014 - 2017 A Big Milestone AchievedMore Awaiting...

  • 2014

    Accredited with Certifications of CMMI Level 3 and Magento Silver Solution Partner.

  • 2015

    CIS now has 500+ expert professionals as part of its workforce. Also launched our product FreeAsAir, an application platform for mobile users that connects the users to the nearest Wi-Fi hotspot without any cost.

  • 2016

    Expanded our global presence by opening another CIS office in Johannesburg, South Africa. Took a major step in our brand repositioning by launching our new CIS Logo and tagline "We Make IT Possible".

  • 2017

    Opened new US offices in LA and Atlanta. Diversified in E-Governance and became L-1 Qualified Vendor to provide MAP_IT (Madhya Pradesh Agency for Promotion of Information Technology), a state government society, with technical manpower for their software development initiatives. Got certified as a SAP Partner.
