Our Solution
CIS proposed the development of a secure, middleware "AI Orchestration Platform" that would act as an intelligent layer between Providence's Epic EHR and a private instance of a large language model.
Secure EHR Integration : We leveraged our Healthcare Interoperability Pod to build secure FHIR and HL7v2 interfaces that could pull required data from Epic and push back AI-generated drafts for review and approval by a human.
