If I already have a US toll free number, can I still use your call forwarding service?
Yes - all US and Canada toll free telephone numbers can be transferred to a new carrier. To transfer a number to us, fill out our simple, one page transfer form and we'll handle the rest at $100 one time charge. The transfer itself usually takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on the responsiveness of your current carrier. Please contact us for more details.
How long does it take to activate my new phone numbers?
You can begin using your phone number immediately in min. 8
business hours. Just signup today and we will do the rest for you. If you prefer to fund your account using any other payment method, we will activate the phone number the instant payment arrives and our accounting staff can post it to your account. If you are transferring an existing toll free number or select a custom vanity number, additional setup time is required.

No. Our rates are all-inclusive. There is no activation fee, or surcharges. And because taxes are included, you won't find additional taxes or fees on your bill, like you might be accustomed to with other phone companies. And because all of the features we offer are included free you never have to worry about additional unexpected charges on your invoice.
How do CIS Local and Toll Free numbers work?
Just like any other phone number. Choose any phone number and set it to deliver calls to your existing office, mobile or home phone. Any call made to the new number will be delivered directly to that phone. To the caller the call is completely seamless and transparent.

What call records do you provide?
We do not provide any call report, and neither log any cal data
except no of minutes used to facilitate our plans. With us your privacy is highest.
Will callers know where I am located?
No, not unless you tell them. Your callers will always experience a seamless, easy call no matter where in the world it ends up.
Can your numbers be forwarded to a fax machine?
Yes, we can certainly forward our phone numbers to a phone line that's hooked up to a fax machine. All of our US local, US toll free, and International toll free numbers can support fax signals. International local numbers may not deliver fax signals due to factors over which we have no control. In addition to delivering a fax to your machine, you also have the option of having us record and deliver faxes to you via email. This is a service that is available as unlimited Toll Free Fax package.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Wire Transfer, and PayPal. Accounts opened with a credit card are activated immediately. Other forms of payment require payment to be posted before we can activate your account.
How do you bill for services?
Our services are offered on a monthly basis with the monthly fee being due
quarterly, billed first time on date of your order and then every
quarter or in every 3 months ; however, our Corporate Services department can make arrangements with higher volume customers to accommodate their preferred billing schedules. To activate service, just pay the all inclusive monthly charges. This way, you will always have a
continuous uninterrupted service.
Are there surcharges for calls from
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam?
No. If you read the fine print for nearly all other carriers,
they charge an additional $0.08 - $0.25 PER-MINUTE surcharge for
calls from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands,
Guam. We don’t.
Do you offer discounts for high-volume accounts?
Yes. If you are expecting more then 10 numbers, we can offer you a corporate discount. Contact our Corporate Services department for details.
Is difficult is it to cancel my account?
Not at all. Canceling your account is as easy as logging onto your
PayPal account online and clicking a few buttons. You don’t need to fax us any forms, put anything in writing or (worst of all) call back "during business hours" to wait on hold to verbally confirm your cancellation with a live representative.

Can I transfer my number to another company if I choose to cancel service with you?
Yes. As long as your account is in good standing, you have the right to transfer your North America-based numbers to any other service provider. As with every other phone company in the world, if you cancel your account, any numbers remaining on it may be made available to other customers.
