How It Works:
- Customer Signups for the service with us for the number of clients (computers/ servers/ routers/
switches/LAN/ firewall) needed support
for regular or single-time Remote PC repair needs.
- We provide small (100 KB) exe to install on clients or single Admin computer/ domain controller.
(Till yet no access for us)
- As soon problem occurs client calls on our Toll Free
number/ issue a ticket to support staff.
- Support staff contacts the client within 30 minutes - 4
hours depends upon service urgency.
- Client provides login info (creates access username
and password for support staff, if not already) to
support technician to access his resources in trouble.
- Technician logs in to the client resource through
secure or low bandwidth usage channel as per your
preferences and Internet bandwidth availability.
- Technician starts fixing the
problem reported and also checks client resource for
optimum performance.
- Technical reports to the client about problem is solved (may be sitting
in front of his resource and watching) and confirm it is fixed.
- Client confirms and Technical disconnects itself from remote client resource.
- Remote access facilitator resets login info as soon session ends to protect client resource privacy.
