Recently Sharepointers announced the following page enhancements:

1. Customize name region | controls precisely what the title area of each page looks like (design, orientation, name, date).

4. Custom page descriptions | Create a customized description from Page details.
5. FYI: removal of the Feedback button in the preparation of fresh feedback experience | in preparation for a new feedback experience coming soon, They're removing the present Feedback button in the site footer of all SharePoint house and modern site pages.
6. FYI: elimination of the pictures of their first three members of this team | Users that wish to see members of the group can continue to click on the Members link from the header to find the entire membership list.

1. Brand-new And Updated Enhancements For Sharepoint Pages In Office 365

 

SharePoint pages are easy to produce and publish, and they look great on almost any device. When creating a page, you can add and configure internet parts, and publish your page with only a click. And, as previously announced, you can configure the surrounding elements of the page (navigation, header, footer & theme). Now website owners and founders present the information easy to consume fashion -- with context intact.

1. Customize the name region for every page.

   Modern SharePoint pages and news articles have more choices to personalize the title region of each webpage, with four designs, two orientation options, text badges above the title, the capability to change the displayed author and show or hide the printed date.

   The name and the rest will follow.

   Make it your own.

2. Modern pages support segment backgrounds that make it easier to observe that the different sections and provides visual selection throughout the page.

   Create a layout that is additional and clarity as a consumer scrolls through your content.

   You can now add colors from your site's theme (impartial, soft & strong) into the background of the webpage segments or leave them white as they are by default.

3. Page owners can customize their page thumbnails and descriptions from inside page details. Once adjusted, the content will then be reflected in this manner in search results, highlighted content, previews, and much more -- just the way you planned.
   1. Pages - pick new thumbnail: Pick a new thumbnail from Page details: Formerly, the thumbnail image to get a page (used in search results, emphasized articles, and SharePoint News) was auto-selected.

      At this time you'll have the ability to select your own thumbnail picture.

   2. Pages - choose new description: Pick a fresh description from Page details: Formerly, the first text that appeared on the page was auto-selected since the page description.

      Now you can add your own customized description.

2. The Sharepoint Comments Button Is Being Suspended In Preparation Of New Opinions

 

Beginning the week of February 18th, 2019, they're removing the item Feedback button in the website footer of all SharePoint home and modern site pages. To our SharePoint UserVoice forums, They've comprised a footer link for SharePoint users to easily provide suggestions and product feedback. Customer feedback proceeds to help us prioritize our work. They'll be adding new ways to send comments from the navigation bar in the forthcoming months.

Notice: If you'd previously disabled or enabled the button using the Set-SPOTenant UserVoiceForFeedbackEnabled feature, this setting will no longer be required as the button will no more be exhibited for any tenant websites.

3. Eliminating The Circular Pictures Of Their First 3 Members Of This Group

 

They are updating the plan of the website header for SharePoint websites linked to Office 365 groups. In an interface or favor, they are removing the circular pictures of the initial three members of this group. It was static to the first three members and duplicative to existing functionality - accessibility into this group's members. Users who want to see members of the group can continue to click the Members link from the header to see the membership list.
